"We used Mitchell’s in our last property so when we moved we knew straight away who we wanted to provide our security system. Our installer was prompt on arriving the day we moved to secure the new home and his customer service was second to none. We would happily recommend Mitchell’s (and have done) the ease of use of the app is amazing and gives us peace of mind.

"Very pleased with the advice and service provided. From the outset Garry arrived to assess the property on time and with the appropriate covid-19 measures in place. The quote was competitive and the installation went well. Any impact on decor was minimal and unavoidable. Was delighted that without request, the old external alarm box was removed. Most suppliers would have fitted new one and left the old one round the corner. Follow up to make slight adjustment to one sensor setting (pet issues) was again carried out efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Gate. Bolt. Horse situation, as we had to contact them after being broken into. From first contact through to and after installation the service was second to none. So impressed by the professionalism from start to finish. No over selling techniques needed as knowledgable and sincere discussion regarding our personal needs put us at ease and genuinely felt confident we were in great hands. We have already recommended this company to our friends and family that are thinking about a home security system. I only hope they don't wait too long, like we did.

Excellent and very professional both with explaining about the alarm I needed and answering all my questions with total honesty. I had visits from 3 other alarm installers but Mitchells impressed me the most. The subsequent installation was on time and took no more than a couple of hours. I was talked through the options and the location for siting the panel and bell unit. After installation Gary explained the set up and how to operate the alarm . A few days later there were a few options I wanted to change on the alarm and Gary came round and showed me how to change the options. Could not recommend highly enough.

Great customer service from start to finish. Gary gave a very competitive quote based on our requirements with no 'pressure sales' techniques.
Job completed quickly and efficiently before Gary explained fully how everything worked. No questions, however stupid they sounded, left unanswered.
Would thoroughly recommend Mitchells if you require an alarm installed.

Great quote, installation and after-sales service. The alarm system gives us what we need without unnecessary expensive extras, complications and lock-ins. We learned the basics of how to operate it
in a few minutes, there's a good basic set of instructions so you don't have to wade through a large book and Garryoffered to phone and talk us through anything we couldn't figure out. When we had a
glitch he came promptly to fix it and offered a replacement if there was any ongoing problem. A local trader who genuinely seems to get satisfaction out of doing a good job.'

Gary installed my alarm system a number of years ago. For peace of mind I have a mantenance contract. For a small annual sum I am covered 24/7 and this includes an annual service. Gary is happy to
call in the evenings and is always on time. He also full of stories and he quite literally could write a book! Would recommend this service to anyone who wants an alarm installed or just a service

Extremely pleased with our alarm system. Any queries were efficiently dealt with and any extra instructions were readily given until the engineer was satisfied that we fully understood the system.
Servicing was carried out exactly when we requested it and all work was carried out with no mess and fuss by an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable chap! Would certainly recommend this company to
friends and neighbours.
